1. Overview
This Return & Refund Policy explains our policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and returns for workshops, gift certificates, and related services offered by Designerwholesal.
2. Workshop Cancellations and Refunds
2.1 Cancellation by Customer
If you need to cancel your workshop booking, the following refund policy applies:
- More than 7 days before the workshop: Full refund of the workshop fee, or you may transfer your booking to another available workshop at no additional cost.
- 3-7 days before the workshop: 50% refund of the workshop fee, or you may transfer your booking to another available workshop (subject to availability).
- Less than 3 days before the workshop: No refund will be provided. However, we may allow a one-time transfer to another workshop if space is available, subject to a 20% transfer fee.
- No-show or same-day cancellation: No refund or transfer will be provided.
2.2 How to Cancel
To cancel a workshop booking, you must:
- Contact us via email at helpcenter@designerwholesal.world or by phone at +353469007870
- Provide your booking reference number and full name
- State the reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
All cancellation requests must be received during our business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM) to be processed on the same day.
2.3 Refund Processing
If you are eligible for a refund:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
- If you paid by cash or check, a refund check will be mailed to your registered address
3. Cancellation by Designerwholesal
We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to:
- Insufficient enrollment (minimum participant requirements not met)
- Instructor unavailability or illness
- Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, facility issues)
- Safety concerns
If we cancel a workshop:
- You will be notified as soon as possible via email and/or phone
- You will receive a full refund of the workshop fee
- Alternatively, you may transfer your booking to another available workshop at no additional cost
- We are not responsible for any additional costs you may have incurred (e.g., travel, accommodation)
4. Gift Certificate Refunds
Gift certificates are non-refundable once purchased. However, they may be:
- Transferred to another person
- Used for any workshop or service we offer
- Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
If a gift certificate expires before use, it cannot be refunded or extended unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Workshop Transfers
Subject to availability, you may transfer your booking to another workshop:
- More than 7 days before the workshop: Free transfer
- 3-7 days before the workshop: Free transfer (subject to availability)
- Less than 3 days before the workshop: Transfer may be possible with a 20% transfer fee (subject to availability)
Transfers are subject to workshop availability and must be to a workshop of equal or lesser value. If transferring to a more expensive workshop, you must pay the difference.
6. Physical Products and Materials
If you purchase physical products or materials from us:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided items are unused and in original packaging
- Items must be returned in their original condition
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item
7. Special Circumstances
7.1 Medical Emergencies
If you are unable to attend due to a medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a full refund or transfer at our discretion, subject to providing appropriate documentation.
7.2 Severe Weather
If a workshop is cancelled due to severe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
8. Disputes and Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our refund or return decision, you may:
- Contact us directly to discuss your concerns
- Request a review of your case by our management team
- If you are located in the European Union, you may have additional rights under consumer protection laws
9. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel certain services within 14 days of booking under the Consumer Rights Directive, subject to certain exceptions for services that begin before the end of the cancellation period.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
